I engaged in key hospital operations and decision-making as a senior leadership team member. I oversaw daily hospital operations and worked with the medical team to achieve the results of process improvement.
Additionally, I led the Co-management value-based program for three consecutive years with outcomes that were better than average for the country.
The Program promoted quality, safety, efficiency, patient satisfaction, and staff involvement, which reduced healthcare costs. It also improved several hospital processes.
While working at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital, I also created and launched the hospital website.
